Social cohesion is defined as the willingness of members of a society to cooperate with each other to survive and prosper. Social cohesion contributes to a wide variety of social outcomes such as health and economic prosperity.

Promoting social cohesion through deepening participation and cooperation of all actors in society, local authorities and civil society from IDPs and HCs, through empowering them with skills and tools enabling them to implement initiatives that foster the comprehensive participation of IDPs and residents in Syria.
